Intentional Excellence coaches are highly skilled at facilitating organizational improvement through individual transformation. Just as a stagecoach will have difficulty reaching its destination without all the horses pulling together, so business organizations often plod along with team members pulling in different directions. Our focus is on the individuals within the organization, especially their state of mind. Most people are not aware of the power of their own thinking and how it impacts their environment. Teaching them to take personal responsibility and accountability for their actions is easy when their awareness shifts to realize their own thinking is the catalyst for all their results. As each member transforms, so the organization improves as well, the rising tide lifts all the boats.

Every individual and every institution is unique, and we will develop a program specifically tailored for your organization.

Some ways we accomplish this are:

  1. Teamwork and leadership programs. Teamwork and leadership go hand in hand in creating an effective organization. Too often one is overlooked in lieu of the other, but great organizations recognize that leaders are important at every level. Our training integrates leadership with teamwork, bringing out the best qualities in all the individuals. State of mind and conscious thinking are  heavily emphasized in helping team members become aware of the thought patterns that lead to less than desirable results and organizational dysfunction.

  2. Visual presentations. Interactive, lively presentations on topics such as Attitude, Owner/Victim Mentality, Expectations vs. Agreements, and other relevant topics. An individual grows and transforms when they are consistently challenged to examine and assess their own behavior and the results they are achieving. These 'mini-seminars' are intended to inspire thinking and expose the participants to ideas that are outside their normal frames of reference.

  3. Focus groups. Focus groups, or masterminds, are an excellent means to bring a specific segment of employees, i.e. division directors, office managers, consultants, together at regular intervals to brainstorm ideas, problem solve, and create. These sessions  are facilitated in-house or remotely via telephone and webinar.  Focus groups encourage creative ideas, insights, and problem solutions in an environment of camaraderie and trust.

  4. Workshops. Workshops combine training, development, team-building, communications, motivation and planning. Participation and involvement of staff increases the sense of ownership and empowerment, and facilitates the development of organizations and individuals. Workshops are effective in managing change and achieving improvement, and particularly the creation of initiatives, plans, processes and actions to achieve particular business and organizational aims. Workshops are also great for breaking down barriers, improving communications inside and outside of departments, and integrating staff during growth and transitional periods.

  5. Retreats. Retreats are intense short-stay getaways that yield powerful results. They can be organized with any level of participation, from intense immersion to stress reducing recreational adventures. Retreats are fully customizable with some typical components that can include:
    • Personal growth & development topics taught by industry experts;
    • Fun and effective team building activities;
    • Change techniques, tangible tools and implement able ideas to move you forward, immediately; and,
    • Supervised or unsupervised fitness, wellness, and recreational activities.

  6. One-one coaching. Individual 1-1 coaching can transform individuals in sometimes radical ways. It is particularly effective when someone seems to be stuck, or doesn't seem to 'get it' when it comes to team interaction or organizational goals and motives. Our coaching can create massive shifts in thinking in short periods of time. This service can be provided discreetly by telephone, or in person, to anyone at any level of the organization and at convenient times.
