Group coaching is more structured and normally has a fixed schedule and time commitment. These programs are excellent for people in sales or other professions that have well defined goals. Realtors, direct sales forces, and others who may work together and have some common goals benefit greatly from this type curriculum. A typical offering includes:

  • An introduction and syllabus of the course
  • Audio visual materials, workbook, and other learning items
  • One session per week via telephone or webinar ~1 ½ hours
  • A regular schedule usually 10 or 12 weeks
  • Unlimited email support during the program
  • Two months email support after program ends

 

A ten week group program is normally $500 per person and is limited to six participants in order to enhance the experience. Sessions are conducted using Mastermind principles and individual participation is highly encouraged. Group programs are interactive and dynamic!
