He always motivates and encourages me to take the high ground and to do the right thing. I can honestly say that Dave’s coaching has helped me grow and achieve in ways I could not have imagined. Politics can be nasty and brutal sometimes, but Dave has the ability to re-center me, to get me focused on the goal. He has helped me stay focused on what is really important. Dave’s e-mail to me the night before a major political event was full of positive thoughts and ideas that I used to help me stay calm and be myself. It worked!
